| Works included are the complete re-rendering of the external envelope,new timber windows throughout along with new doors.New fascia boards and cast iron guttering.A purpose built fire escape in galvanized steel from second floor flat.New insulated rubber flat roof and new slate finished mansard roof.These works are part of the Town Improvement Grants going on at present within Holyhead. |
