| Barn Conversions, Borthwen |

 This project comprises of a major refurbishment and extension of three grade 2 listed barns and 1 non listed barn, to form luxury dwellings / holiday accommodation for a private client from the Gareglwyd Estate.The works have consisted of complete remodernisation of old farm outbuildings into high specification residential units. This scheme is nearing completion with mainly ground works to finish. A number of units are now sold for our client with tremendous interest in the remainder.This was our first major barn conversion and has produced a finish of the highset quality requested by the Estate. |
