5 new build bungalows for Grwp Cynefin.
This scheme was completed 2016 comprising the demolition of former day care centre “Afallon“ owned by the local authority. The site was purchased, planning gained and existing building demolished .The construction of 5 new bungalows thereafter followed with completion 2016. All properties built to lifetime homes standard and NHBC requirements.
