Mark Blackwell, together with his recently employed office co-ordinator Paul Hughes, conducted a presentation for pupils in years 4, 5 and 6 regarding the dangers of children playing in and around construction sites.
They were given the opportunity to watch a DVD highlighting the potential hazards on construction sites, which coincided with a question and answer session, which was of great interest to the children, along with the possibilities of employment in years to come. They also had the chance to try out protective wear used on construction sites.
DU construction Ltd have a long history of supporting Ysgol Llaingoch, having previously donated football goalposts.
