Work has begun February 2020 on the refurbishment of 70 properties over 2 villages Llangoed and Llandonna on a £4.2m renovation scheme for Anglesey County Council housing department. Works are to consist of roofing, external insulated render system, new upvc windows, solar pv, and extensive groundworks and civils. Contract period 12 months and our largest value project carried out by DU Construction Ltd to date.

Work was completed May 2020 on budget and on time of the construction of 18 No dwellings as part of £2.2m development of 18 starter homes for North Wales housing landlord ADRA. This is our first development for ADRA and as part of our long term strategy the first of many.

Work has begun with the demolition of the former Llaingoch junior school in Holyhead .Planning permission is currently being applied for the erection of 26 dwellings for Ynys Mon Council .We anticipate work to commence late summer 2020.

Work has been completed on £2 million housing estate at Llanfaelog on the outskirts of Rhosneigr, a popular tourist hot spot.

Work was completed on budget and on time for our private client Llanfelog Rhosneigr Ltd .These bespoke homes are now being marketed for sale and have been built to the very highest specification

Work commenced August 2018 on the construction of 18 dwellings for CCG housing association, on the site of former bus depot.

This is our first new build development with CCG and is due for completion February 2020.

The site was purchased mid 2017 with planning granted shortly after for the construction of 14 new dwellings. Construction work to commence March 2018 with the properties bought by Grwp Cynefin Housing association, project completion date April 2019.

Work has been completed with the demolition of the former Davies potato yard/cattery and the construction of a 4 terraced 2 bedroom houses . Built with NHBC buildmark and for general sale 2 have been sold to date.

The former primary school in Llandeussant was purchased from Ynyns Mon Council by ourselves in 2016. Planning was sub sequentially achieved for the part demolition of the rear annexe of the school and for the construction of 10 semi-detached houses. These have now been commenced and will be sold to Grwp Cynefin housing association. Work is progressing well with completion due October 2018 . Full adopted roads and drainage system incorporated and all homes built with NHBC build mark warranty.

Refurbishment of 79 council owned properties and associated external works, currently on site , nearing completion over a 51 week contract period, contract sum £3.2 million. This is DU Construction Ltd biggest single contract award to date, additionally this is the Housing Dept largest value planned maintenance contract awarded to a single contractor and is due for completion early June 2018.

Refurbishment of 17 council owned properties, associated external works and new car parking arrangements is currently on going commenced late 2017 due for completion March 2018, inclusive of roofing, external wall insulation, window and door replacement.

Refurbishment of 26 council owned properties and associated external works , carried out over a contract period of 30 weeks in 2017 , , inclusive of roofing, external wall insulation, window and door replacement.

Refurbishment of 42 council owned properties and associated external works , carried out over a contract duration of 36 weeks in 2017 , inclusive of roofing, external wall insulation, window and door replacement.

We are proud to be now one of the Main contractors for Stena Line PLC at the Holyhead Port. Engaging in major infrastructure schemes and maintenance on the site.

5 new build bungalows for Grwp Cynefin.

Work has commenced on a bespoke sea front new build property in Trearddur Bay.

Over 3,000 ft of floor space will be constructed on the site of a demolished former cottage.

Working with main contractor Excalon , work can be seen progressing on site with operatives excavating, setting construction formwork, and installing steel reinforcing mesh to enable Heavy Duty Road Crossings to be installed at locations around The Horizon Nuclear Power Wylfa Newydd site.

Work was completed 2017 for the extension of the existing Horizon Nuclear Power Wylfa Newydd site office; work carried out included all groundworks associated with the installation of prefabricated units to extend the overall footprint of the office.

Working for main contractor Jones Brothers, Ruthin, we have carried out the removal of 2km of hedgerow and stone walling under ecological watching briefs. Work included the construction of 2km of all stone boundary walls, installation of new fencing and new Clawdd walls all along Nanner Road, Tregele. Work completed on time and on budget.

Work is currently on going to construct a 4 bedroom detached luxury dwelling in the seaside location of Treaddur Bay.

Work can be seen progressing above on the surface water drainage system used on our Westbury Mount housing package for the housing association Grwp Cynefin in Holyhead for 12 No. properties.
