Work was carried out in 2008 on the complete refurbishment of commanding country redidence Llanlliana in Cemaes Bay.

This derelict property has been transformed into a truly stunning lodge. A complete remodelling of the entire building was undertaken over 8 months including complete new roof structure, all associated steelwork, external wall insulation and render system, all external drains and landscaping. Internally complete re-wire and heating system along with all new plastered walls and ceilings. A purpose mad staircase is the show piece within the house and the results are plain to see.
