Ynys Mon MP Mr Albert Owen kindly visited our new offices early September prior to returning to Government in Westminster. During his visit he was shown around the ne wofices and workshops by Director Mark Blackwell.

The new operational centre was officially opened by Edwina Hart AM on Monday 7 September. The minister very kindly found time within her busy schedule to come and view our offices and workshops, built with the assistance of a grant from Welsh Government.

Work is now underway on a £2 million pound refurbishment scheme for Ynys Mon Council in Llandeussant, Rhydwyn, Llanfairynghornwy and llanfaethlu.

Work has now been completed with the relocation of the existing Post Office into the town centre alongside the Chocolate box newsagents.

Work was undertaken over 30 weeks to transform a derelict building into its present usage.

Working alongside architects Purcells and the councils Heritage conservation and planning department has resulted in bringing back to life this original high street building, using many traditional building methods and restoring where possible. The result being a great addition for the high street.

Work has commenced with the construction of a detached dwelling in Treaddur Bay for our private client. The property has stunning views over the Bay and is expected to be complete early 2016.

Work has commenced on the construction of 5 new bungalows for Grwp Cynefin.

The former council owned property has been demolished and new work has started.

The project is part of additional housing stock for Grwp Cynefin and will be complete within 26 weeks
