Work is now complete and the business has now relocated back to Holyhead within its new ½ million pound operational centre.

With the assistance of Welsh Government a new purpose built office/work shop and stores totalling over 4500 sq ft is now the flag ship of our company.

With all works carried out in house the move has progressed seemly and our official opening is to be on 7 September with Cardiff AM Edwina Hart officially carrying out the opening ceremony.

Within the complex a new mezzanine floor is in place for further expansion along with additional storage space, a new joinery workshop and vehicle servicing bay, reducing the need to outsource where possible.

The steel galvanised portal frame and insulated cladded building was constructed to BREEAM Very good our first project to that specification.

Work is nearing completion on the full refurbishment of Bangor swimming pool for Gwynedd County Council for their property department.

The works will be completed within the 20 week period allotted for the work, which has now totalled approx. £1 million.

Work has included major M & E work internally, the removal of the external slide and diving boards, work to the pool itself along with a new acoustic ceiling and major decoration works.

Handover and the opening will be within time and budget.

Work is continuing for Horizon Nuclear Power with works on the frameworks contract.

We are additionally partnering up with Structural Soils Ltd providing on site support with labour and plant including excavators, tele handlers and other plant items.
